Check whether MazamaSpatialUtils has been initialized

Convenience function that checks whether `initializeMazamaSpatialUtils()` has been run in the current R session.

Usage

spatialIsInitialized()

Value

Logical `TRUE` if initialization has been performed in the current session, `FALSE` otherwise.
